The company is certified for its quality management
ISO 9001. All is formally in place for complete
traceability from the vine to the bottle. Wine security
and hygiene are based on 3 certifications, renewed
annually :
• ISO 22000
• IFS (International Food Standard)
• BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Food
Standard).
An R&D active unit which monitors progress and
innovation at all stages of the vineyard and within
the company.
