AOC LIMOUX, ROUGE
COLOUR : The intense and glowing color of this wine reveals
black reflections.
NOSE : The nose offers up lovely notes of candied black fruit,
cherries, vanilla, spices and some truffles aromas.
MOUTH : The mouth is concentrated and gives melted
tannins away. The finish develops aromas of ripe fruits and a
lasting cocoa note.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Syrah,
Grenache, Cabernet franc, Malbec.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Recommended at 16 °C. This red
wine will be paired with grilled meats, and cheese, it will also
highlight the aromas of dishes with truffles.
