NOSE : The nose with blackcurrant perfume blends and spicy
notes.
MOUTH : This wine is supple, balanced and well-structured
with melted tannins. It develops a cherry flavour with spicy
notes on the finish.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Pinot Noir.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Recommended at 17 °C. Ideal with
lamb shank, roasted poultry or rabbit.
