COLOUR : Pale yellow hue flecked with green.
NOSE : The nose discloses white stone fruit such as peach
complemented by a hint of spice and grey pepper.
MOUTH : Fresh and well-balanced on entry, the wine goes on
to release notes of lemony citrus and fruit on the mid-palate.
The finish is long and slightly saline.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Chardonnay.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Serve at 13 °C as an aperitif or
paired with creamy dishes such as risotto or a veal blanquette.
