NOSE : The fine, elegant nose offers up fruity and floral notes,
nicely complemented by a touch of spice.
MOUTH : The wine is clean and fresh on entry to the palate
with mineral and citrus notes, creating a lovely harmony.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Mauzac.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Serve at 12 °C. This wine pairs
perfectly with all appetizers and fish, such as oven-baked
bream in a Provençal sauce or a carpaccio of sea bass with
ricotta mousse.
