NOSE : The nose reveals very fresh aromas, a blend of spice
and citrus notes set off by an exotic touch.
MOUTH : The wine is fresh and shows salinity on entry to the
palate. The finish reveals fine lemony notes.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Mauzac.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Serve at 12 °C. This wine pairs
perfectly with seafood, shellfish and fish like a salmon
carpaccio with grapefruit.
