AOC CRÉMANT DE LIMOUX, SEMI-SWEET
COLOUR : A pale yellow colour with green tints. Bubbles
are tiny and elegant.
NOSE : The fresh and delicate nose is dominated by
aromas of lemon and white flowers.
MOUTH : The palate is creamy on entry before revealing
a luscious freshness underpinned by candied lemon and
dried fruit. This is a beautifully soft and delicate wine.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Chardonnay, Chenin, Pinot noir.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Serve at 6-7 °C as an aperitif or
with chocolate desserts.
