AOC BLANQUETTE DE LIMOUX, BRUT
COLOUR : Its beautiful pale yellow robe is accompanied
by a fine mousse and delicate bubbles.
NOSE : The nose is typical of Mauzac, with notes of white-
fleshed fruit. The attack presents a nice roundness with
tangy granny notes.
MOUTH : On the palate, the blanquette is fruity with a
pleasant freshness.
GRAPE VARIETIES : Mauzac, Chenin.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Recommended at 7-8 °C. Enjoy
as an aperitif or with canapés and fish terrine.
